The All-New Breakfast Sandwich

I made this sandwich up for breakfast this morning on a whim. It turned out rather whimsical, reminiscent of New York bagel breakfasts, and cold New York pizza for breakfast! A fusion breakfast of American traditions I presume.

Ingredients:

Toasted Cinnamon Raisin Bagel
Colby Jack Cheese & Bologna
Chilled Traditional Tomato Sauce

Specialty Biscuits: Butter Maple Cranberry

This morning when we got up, Anthony asked if I could make biscuits. I used a basic biscuit recipe. At the last minute, I drizzled maple syrup over the batter. I also sprinkled a small handful of dried cranberries over the maple syrup before mixing the batter a final time. I threw in the add-ins in an attempt to make our biscuits special, "unboring," or to give them a little twist. My sweet biscuit idea played out flawlessly. I enjoyed the taste of success!

My breakfast cereal with milk and fresh papaya was truly delightful.

Coffee Milk With Cereal

Wow. I was almost pleasantly surprised that my idea of coffee milk with cereal tasted so good. I'm sure it helped that the cereal had chocolate chunks and almond pieces in it. I would imagine that coffee milk with Cheerios would not taste as nice.
