4 Chicken Tenderloins
3 Carrots
1 Green Bell Pepper
4 Stalks of Celery
2 Handfuls Mushrooms
8-10 Green Onions
1 Yellow Squash
2 TB Soy Sauce
2 TB Sesame Oil
