Lemon Garlic Chicken, Kale, & Vegetables:
1 TB Olive Oil
6 Chicken Tenderloins
2-3 Cups Kale
1/2 Lemon
2 TB Minced Garlic
1 Cup Water
5 Stalks Celery
3 Large Carrots
10 Scallions
2 Yellow Squash
1. Chop the things that need to be chopped. Squeeze the lemon.
2. Put everything in a large saucepan. Cover. Cook until done.
